HOW CAN i help?
At times life can feel difficult and the thoughts and feelings you experience can feel overwhelming. Counselling can offer a space for you to explore these difficulties and give some time for you to be able work through the challenges to better understand and make sense of what you are experiencing.
I offer Psychodynamic Counselling/ Psychotherapy which means we think about the unconscious by bringing those thoughts, feelings and fears into the conscious to help get a better understanding and sense of self. However, I do work relationally as a psychodynamic counsellor, which means I will meet you where you are, and we can think about what it is you would like to think about, at a depth that feels comfortable to you. Within our therapeutic relationship, we can also explore and think about the here and now interactions you experience in day-to-day life.
I create a collaborative space where healing can occur through genuine connection and understanding and in a way that respects your unique experiences and emotional states. Taking this journey can be difficult and challenging but we can work together to make sense of your experiences and feelings to help empower you to make the changes you want to make.

Once we have had our first call if you would like to, we can arrange an initial consultation session together to give you an idea of how I work and if working with me feels right for you. You are under no obligation to continue working with me if it does not feel right for you.
I currently offer in person sessions, telephone and online zoom sessions. If you would like face to face sessions, my private practice is based in Burnham/ Cippenham.

The location is close to Burnham Train Station and the M4, with easy access to the surrounding areas including, Windsor, Maidenhead, Taplow, Eton, Datchet, Slough and Burnham.
Fee
My fee is £50 a session for 50mins.
I offer a limited number of concessionary sessions. If this is something that would be of benefit for you then please get in touch, and we can think about it in our initial conversation.
