If you would like to contact me about starting counselling, then please do get in touch. If I am unavailable at the time, you contact me, I will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours. From here we can arrange an initial consultation which will give you the opportunity to decide if you would like to work with me.

If you would like to continue, we will arrange a day and a time each week that works best. Depending on what you would like we can do either short-term therapy, which is an agreed number of weeks together or long-term therapy which is usually open ended where we can think as we progress when it feels right to end.
